Changes

You can make size or product changes within 10 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned in the same condition that it was delivered to you: with the original label and packaging, unused and unwashed.

You must send us the order number and photo of the product to make the change. To manage it more quickly, request the change by email to info@energeiabrand.com .

The shipping costs of the product you wish to return are at your expense or, we can pick it up at the address you indicate for an additional cost of 30.00 Quetzales.

If you can't find a product you'd like to exchange for, we'll offer you store credit. We will send you a digital voucher as soon as we receive the exchange item. This voucher will be valid for 2 months from the day we receive the change. We do not extend the validity time of the voucher and 100% of the value must be redeemed.

Damaged product

If the product you received is defective or damaged, send us a photo by email to info@energeiabrand.com and we will be solving as soon as possible to send you the replacement or exchange for another product. This information must be notified within the next 2 days after you have received your order, without exceptions.

We do not accept returns. If you do not want to exchange for another product, we offer you store credit in the form of a voucher. This voucher will be valid for 2 months from the day we receive the change. We do not extend the validity time of the voucher and 100% of the value must be redeemed.

We charge a shipping fee of USD 15. Or if you wish, you can take charge of the shipment to our offices.
